Some of you who follow my blog know that I am a Style Consultant/Personal Shopper here in my city of Winnipeg. I really love doing it! I get to take my clients shopping, help them organize their closets and help them find their own personal fashion style! Sounds awesome, right! Sometimes being a style consultant I get to do fun and different things such as being interviewed in a news story. Just this past week there was an announcement that here in my city we will be getting our first outlet mall. This is very exciting news as who doesn’t love to get a designer piece at a great price!! I was honored to be asked to give my opinion about the outlet mall in a tv interview! CLICK HERE to view the news story and my interview on Breakfast Television! I start off the news story with my opinion as well as finish the story with my comments!
Pastels are a big deal pretty much every spring and I couldn’t resist picking up this beautiful pastel blue skirt by 424 Fifth. It was love at first sight as the way the skirt held it’s flared shape is gorgeous! I wanted to pair it with other soft shades and beautiful lace details to make it a very feminine look. The perfect finishing touch of course is my Swan Lake bag by Mary Frances. She always creates the most elegant and unique detailed bags to compliment any look! Make sure to check them all out at Mary Frances.com. If you are in Canada The Shopping Channel carries her bags as well as the distributor here in Canada is Kareri Inc.
